  3.  You can create/modify your own header with a screen draw program (that has
  4.  the ability to save as ASCII) or your favorite text editor.

  6.  The header can be 1 to 15 lines long, and can be up to 78 characters wide
  7.  (up to and including column 78).  Column 1 must always be blank.
  8.  
  9.  You will have up to 14 variables that can be included in your header as
  10.  shown in the next tutorial header.

  12.  The header must include the RA Header variable and Registered? variable.
  13.  (Registered? variable not required to be in header for registered owners)

  15.  Press ESC, then select TUTOR_03
